All new swimmers to SOWS must book in for an induction swim with us.

To book an induction please contact us via one of the following:

Once you have successfully completed your induction you will be sent a link to be able to use our booking app Wellness Achieve - on there you are able to book your swim slots, cancel your bookings, buy blocks of swims and book into our special events
