PLEASE DO NOT FEEL THAT YOU NEED TO TAKE PART IN THE MASS START - YOU CAN JUST USE THIS EVENT TO TimeURSwim AND SET OFF BEHIND THE OTHERS.

Please make sure that you fully understand all of our lakes rules and are familiar with the layout of the swim course. Lake rules and information are all available on our website www.sheppertonopenwaterswim.co.uk. We would recommend that you come for a swim to familiarise yourself with the course prior to racing and normal swimming is allowed on race evenings so you are able to come early and have a warm up if you wish.

If you have not swum at our lake before then you must allow extra time to complete a health questionnaire and complete a swim test before you can take part. You can download the health questionnaire below and bring it with you already completed.
